A qualified and experienced professional in osteopathy and movement therapy – here to support your well-being.

I am a trained osteopath, and authorized by The Danish Patient Safety Authority.
I offer treatments in Copenhagen for clients of all ages, from newborns to seniors. On this page, you can learn more about my education and professional background. Feel free to explore more about osteopathy as a treatment method and discover the full range of services that my practice offers.

My journey toward becoming an expert in human anatomy and physiology began 16 years ago.

My passion for understanding the human body and its function began over 16 years ago.
I first trained as a fitness and wellness instructor, then became a massage therapist and personal trainer. My desire to deepen my knowledge and help people on a more profound level eventually led me to the field of osteopathy. I chose to complete my osteopathic studies in England, where the profession has deep historical roots and my teachers brought with them up to 40 years of clinical experience. After four years of intensive study, I graduated with a Master of Science in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy.

Osteopathy for Babies, Young Children, and Pregnancy

As an osteopath, I have a strong passion for treating babies, young children, and pregnancy-related concerns.
I gained excellent training and hands-on experience in these areas at our school’s dedicated pediatric and maternity clinic, where we treated mothers and children weekly. Since the year 2018 in my own private practice, a significant portion of my clients have belonged to this group, allowing me to deepen both my skills and understanding. When treating babies, no two days are the same. I always tailor each session to meet the child’s needs—whether they’re crying, active, sleepy, or feeling a bit shy or overwhelmed. I am also fascinated by visceral osteopathy, which focuses on the internal organs. One example is the treatment of functional digestive issues, such as abdominal discomfort, using gentle osteopathic techniques.

A treatment experience where you can truly feel at ease.

Creating a Space Where You Feel Truly Seen and Comfortable
It’s deeply important to me that every client feels at ease during their visit—welcomed just as they are. I believe that lasting results don’t come through pain, but through gentle, attentive care. That’s why my treatment approach is grounded in listening to the body and guiding it gently toward health. In my work, I often use so-called indirect techniques, including cranial and balanced ligamentous tension techniques. I strive to explain things in a clear, grounded way and aim to identify the root causes behind each issue—not just the symptoms. I love the diversity of my profession. It constantly allows me to learn and grow, and I truly believe that every client has something to teach me. I regularly continue my education through advanced training, professional literature, and the latest research. Recently, I’ve completed further studies in pregnancy-related care as well as advanced cranial and biodynamic osteopathy. You’re warmly welcome to take a step toward a more balanced, comfortable state of being.
Feel free to get in touch—I’d be happy to talk about your situation.
